Dimensions of your goods
Remember to check the interior dimensions of your home before purchasing, especially stairways, elevators and hallways. If the transport of your new set to the final location proves impossible by normal means, costs (travel, elevator, etc.) and additional inconvenience (additional waiting times) will be expected. If in doubt, we can come and do this home check for you. Also note that on the day of delivery, the entrance to your room must be free of all fragile objects to avoid any risk of breakage.
Parking place for our truck
We work with heavy goods, so please keep parking space in front of your building / house / apartment before delivery (7 meters for our truck). If an elevator is planned, make sure, if necessary, that the administrative procedures with your municipality have been made sufficiently in advance so that a space of 15 meters is available in front of your house.
Taking back your old bed
If it has been agreed to take back your old bed / mattress / box springs / sofa bed, it must be ready to be taken away. No disassembly must be required by us. We can disassemble your old bed for an additional cost of 50 €.
Balance payment
The balance of your invoice must be paid on delivery of the bed at the latest. If you choose to pay in advance via PC-Banking, make sure you make the payment sufficiently in advance so that the amount is effective on the day of delivery. Payment on the day of delivery is possible by card (Bancontact only) or in cash (maximum € 3,000.00 on the total amount of the invoice). In the event of non-payment at the time of delivery, we are obliged to take back the goods with additional costs accordingly.
